On Thursday 10 September 2026, the Vice President of the Council of State, Marc Guillaume, met with Hoàng Thanh Tùng, Minister of Justice of Vietnam, and Nguyễn Hữu Huyên, Director General of the Departement of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam.
This meeting provided an opportunity to reaffirm the ties between the two institutions and to discuss their cooperation in judicial and advisory matters. Following the meeting, a cooperation agreement between the Council of State and the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam was signed.
