The 2021 activity report shows that administrative justice is above all a justice that serves citizen.
The report reviews 80 decisions, opinions and studies of the State Council that have marked the year through 10 main themes: fundamental freedoms, culture, social rights, environment, family and childhood, animal welfare, public administration, justice, public health and security.
For each topic, the context, the reasoning of the Council of State and its impact on the daily life of citizens are explained, illustrating how the institution ensures respect for the rule of law and the fundamental freedoms of everyone.
