The 27th and 28th of September 2024, the Conseil d'État took part in a seminar, co-organised by the LUM University of Bari, the Italian Council of State and the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
The event addressed the issue of the administrative judge and digital development. Discussions covered namely artificial intelligence and case law writing, the open data of case law and the administrative judge as a judge of algorithm.
The conference is part of the Conseil d'État’s commitment to strengthening its relations with the academic world, both in France and abroad, such as in Athens in October 2023 with the Franco-hellenic meetings on administrative law and in Bucarest in June 2024 with the Franco-Romanian administrative days.
