On 19th and 20th September 2024, a delegation from the Conseil d'État travelled to Split to take part in the 18th Franco-Croatian Legal and Administrative Days on the topic of ‘Administrative contracts and public procurement’.
Organised jointly by the Split University of Law and the Croatian High Administrative Court, and by the Panthéon Assas University and the Conseil d'État, this event provides with an opportunity to strengthen Franco-Croatian educational, cultural and academic cooperation.
Opened by the two Croatian ministers of justice and education, the president of the Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 University, the French ambassador and the president of the studies, prospects and cooperation section of the Council of State, the event provided an opportunity to discuss issues of interest to both academics and practitioners in France and Croatia: the use of contracts in public policy, the economics of contracts, litigation, etc.
