Discover the highlights of the Conseil d’État with the publication of its annual report gathering a selection of about fifty decisions, opinions and study that, once again, placed the institution at the centre of citizens’ lives.

From air pollution to freedom of association, from housing issues to employment policies, from access to education to the last mile of public action, the 2023 annual report revisits the decisions, opinions and study which marked the year.
