Mr. Bruno Lasserre, Vice-President of the Council of State, accompanied by Ms. Martine de Boisdeffre, President of the Department on Reports and Studies, and Mr. Yves Gounin, Delegate for International Relations, visited Helsinki on September 6, 2021.

The purpose of this visit was, for the Council of State, to prepare with the Finnish Supreme Administrative Court and its president, Mr. Kari Kuusiniemi, the future Finnish presidency (2023-2025) of the Association of the Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union (ACA-Europe).

Mr Lasserre also had the opportunity to meet Mr Tuomas Pöysti, the Finnish Chancellor of Justice, whose role is similar to that of the Secretary General of the Government in France and who is responsible for ensuring the legal quality of the Government's official acts, and to have breakfast with Finnish alumni of ENA.
