The Conseil d’Etat welcomes the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo

On Thursday 19 March 2026, the Vice President of the Council of State, Didier-Roland Tabuteau, welcomed the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Nexhmi Rexhepi.

Discussions focused on the forthcoming establishment of a specialised administrative court in Kosovo, as well as on the review of the legality of administrative acts.

 

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo hears administrative disputes at final instance. A chamber of the Pristina Court hears them at first instance.
