On Friday 20 March 2026, a Thai delegation comprising the presidents of the three Supreme Courts and 12 members was received at the Conseil d’Etat

Didier-Roland Tabuteau, Vice President of the French Council of State, accompanied by Christine Maugüé, President of the Administrative Section, and Rémy Schwartz, President of the Section of Studies, Prospective and Cooperation, received Adisak Tantiwong, President of the Supreme Court, Prasitsak Meelarp, President of the Supreme Administrative Court, and Lieutenant General Patanachai Patanacharoen, President of the Supreme Military Court.

The following topics were discussed: the duality of the judicial systems in France and the evolution of the independent administrative court established in Thailand twenty-five years ago.

The Thai delegation then visited the Administrative Court of Strasbourg for a presentation on the organization of that court.
