A delegation from the Conseil d’État led by its Vice-President, Didier-Roland Tabuteau, travelled to Rome on 3rd and 4th November 2024 to participate in a bilateral seminar with the Consiglio di Stato.
This meeting, held as part of the ongoing collaboration between the two institutions, provided an opportunity to discuss three topics of shared interest:
- The rule of Law : obstacle or driving force for housing?
- Class action in administrative litigation
- The concept of general interest
The Consiglio di Stato, like the Conseil d’État, acts both as a legal advisor and a supreme court.
