From October 8 to 10, 2025, a Greek delegation visited the Council of State for the second edition of the French-Greek Legal and Administrative Meetings, which focused on the theme of the administrative judge facing the administration's inaction.

The delegation from the Greek Council of State and the Athens Law University was welcomed in Paris by the Council of State and then in Tours by the University of Tours.
These exchanges—bringing together judges, academics, and students—focused on three topics: new litigations regarding legality in the face of administrative inaction, new litigations regarding administrative inaction, and the administrative judge confronting inertia in the execution of their decisions.
This event reflects the vitality of the cooperation between the Greek and French Councils of State and the academic world.
